The colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum, and the Temple of Artemis is among the largest and best-preserved Roman architectural sites outside of Italy, and its magnificence may be seen in the colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum, and the Temple of Artemis.

Then head to the Dead Sea. The site has evolved into a health spa-like hotspot due to its position as the lowest point on Earth and its abundance of minerals with medicinal characteristics.

The mud’s mineral concentration is employed in medicinal and cosmetic treatments. Both Queen Cleopatra and Sheba are supposed to have recognized the importance of the spot and made use of it.

The water supports no kind of life due to the high salinity, hence the term “Dead Sea,” therefore floating is relatively easy. Before returning to Amman, be sure you swim and relax in the mud.

The city, which was founded by Nabataean Arabs in the 6th century B.C., has stunning facades cut right into the mountain slopes. It’s a 700-meter walk from the visitor’s center to the Siq entrance, a 1200-meter-long ravine with a kaleidoscope of hues that towers more than 80 meters above you. As you emerge from the chasm, you’re struck by the beauty of Petra, which has been designated as one of the New World Wonders.
